Pros

I really enjoy working at TCC. My onboarding and training were really smooth. I work on a great team. Best of all I get to help people get jobs at construction companies all over the country. It's been amazing so far!

Cons

Recruiting is not easy work; it takes a lot of discipline and focus to find the best candidates for any role.
