quality products and growing assortment

Cons

HR reports into CFO. Very frugal with annual raises. A select few have been picked to grow and lead and the rich get richer. No true leadership except for title from upper management. Very little comrardirie during exponential growth.

Lots of discontent amongst employees. Discontent between departments/regions. Mismanagement of budgets and resources.

Pros

Best place I have ever worked! People are great, Management is great, Benefits are great! This is a place, once you arrive, you never want to leave! Super supportive! You are empowered to make the decisions necessary for the success of your team! No micromanaging or second guessing.

Cons

There are literally no cons to speak of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
