WFH policy flexible working hour

Cons

Terrible heavy workload. Project cannot achieve deadline if you are not overtime working every single day, even Sat and Sun. Although it is foreign based company , it is worst that working at factory or family business. messy workflow with no improvement. No database / system / Sop people not taking their own rule or responsibility with top management support. Office political for dept with less than 30 ppls is extremely high

Lots of discontent amongst employees. Discontent between departments/regions. Mismanagement of budgets and resources.
