Pros

Great coworkers on the support staff and some providers are also examples of excellent healthcare professionals. The Patient flow works amazing.

Cons

Limited benefits, no PTO, & no pay raises for PRN/ Floats. No Tuition Assistant for healthcare education. Some providers can be obnoxious. If FT, plan on a mild work life balance unless your the providers.

Pros

They have tons of offices all over the valley. If you like going from one office to another it’s great for that. Also some techs do work at one single location. Depends on where you work and what you and the manager decide. We mostly work 4 10s which is great for work life balance. 98% of the Drs/PAs are approachable and great to work with.

Cons

Very High volume, they are hiring for more staff which is definitely needed. Weird con: you don’t get good cell service in any of the buildings.
