Pros

Helping patients. Great doctors. Peers are helpful.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care about the staff. Patients are not treated well unless they complain. Once in contact center, it's hard to move into another department.

Pros

Great People, I honesty believe that upper management cares about their employees. The last review complained about micro management, No matter where you work, that depends on your specific manager. I think of the benefits are average or above average. The pay scale is slightly lower then what you would expect in Phoenix, but I would rather take a little less money to work in a good environment

Cons

The only real con I have is paid holidays, 7 a year, lowest I have had in 15 years of employment

Pros

Excellent doctors and Physician Assistants

Cons

do not care about the employees behind the scenes. Managers too busy micromanaging instead of coaching and leading.
