Pros

-The company is constantly growing, so new locations and positions are always available -Amazing physicians who are hungry to teach if you pick their brains -Employee Appreciation Week is celebrated with a gift of some sort -Milestone ceremony for years worked (Every 5 years) -Yearly raises (Usually cents on the dollar!) -Amazing 401K plan -Offers benefits

Cons

-Long work hours if the team is short staffed, and often, mandatory overtime is scheduled -No work/life balance (Family tends to take a backseat, work like your not a mother/wife) -No coverage when you take time off in most cases -Leadership is hard to speak with -Toxic amount of favoritism exists amongst leadership -Peers teach peers -Medical insurance is high deductible only -Metric based for a lot of positions -60+ voicemails per day per person for a lot of scheduling departments -HR is there for leadership, not staff (It has been made clear in management meetings I’ve been privy to!) -Upon quitting, they do not pay out unused vacation time
