Pros

It's a job. Coworkers are great but management is not.

Cons

So many cons to list. Terrible pay. Even worse benefits. Employee appreciation one time consisted of one of the most disgusting cookies I'd ever eaten (want to know what employees appreciate? A raise). Raises are 2% across the board- not based on performance. The call center and billing areas are nothing but a micro-managing nightmare ran by a girl gang.

Pros

Caring for patients when you are able and have the time. The surgeons are great.

Cons

No good benefits, no employee support, no adequate training .You are left on your own to learn and you will definitely be reprimanded for any/ all mistakes you made that you were not trained for. Micromanaged on everything . Huge turnaround. Managers and lower employees very unhappy. Very sad for the patients. Money making is first not patient care.
