      Pros

      I have worked at the organization for nearly 12 years. Some of the great things about the company include the leadership team who rally together to make things happen for staff. To ensure staff has a positive work environment throughout the year that is patient-focused, but also employee focused.

      Great people to work with

      Cons

      Technician get paid poorly and the physical therapist don’t do anything and you have all their patients. Even if you have a bachelors and still know a ton still pay is 13.50 not one person can live off of 870 a chech

      Physical Therapist

      Pros

      Great team of therapists to work with, great medical team with easy access to doctors and MA’s that are willing to help with and patient needs, good tools available, evidence based practice encouraged, company pushes for compliance with legal guidelines of documentation and billing practices. Company pays well and offers continuing ed and good vacation package.

      Cons

      I haven’t come across a reasonable problem that they were not willing to try and improve when I brought it up. They do their best.
