If you are not family you don't go anywhere in this company. They over work you and under pay you. and they don't train you on anything they want you to do everything on your own.

Cons

I’ve worked at HOPCO for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst places you could ever choose to work. Management is an absolute disaster—they have no clue what they’re doing and desperately need to be replaced. Employees are treated like numbers, not people, and the lack of leadership is glaring. Recently, they rolled out a new phone system with zero planning, leaving us workers to pick up the pieces when it inevitably fails. Instead of accountability, they dump the slack on us. If you’re a good employee who gets your work done on time, don’t expect praise—expect to be “rewarded” with everyone else’s unfinished tasks. It’s a punishing system that makes no sense. The entire leadership team should be fired and replaced with real project managers and competent leaders who actually know how to run a company. And don’t get me started on their so-called “customer care.” They preach about putting patients first, but their actions say otherwise. Procedures get canceled the day before because of their failure to plan or secure authorizations—leaving patients in the lurch. On the phones, they expect us to put patients on hold mid-conversation to juggle other calls, asking them to wait or opt for a callback. We have voicemail for a reason! How is this caring for patients? It’s chaotic and disrespectful to everyone involved. This place is a nightmare from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor—don’t work here. Look elsewhere immediately. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself later. Also this company goes by another name, HOPCO, as well. Want the reviews that aren't fluffed up by management? Go over there and read them.
