Pros

The great Co workers who help you along the way... The great week long training with an amazing trainer.. It's extremely heavy calls yet the supervisors make sure to keep you laughing, great atmosphere.. Great location...

Cons

I really cannot think of any.. I am seriously very happy here... And I love the endless opportunities for growth..

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive about this place. Management is rude, coworkers are rude (90% of them), most call center employees have zero medical experience so there's constant mistakes, and there's major favoritism! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to work there

Cons

No communication from management, constant changes that employees are not made aware of, double standards, high turnover, no advancement opportunities, management talks down to employees
