The doctors, nurses, and support staff are a great group of coworkers. We stay super busy, but we have fun at our jobs.

Cons

The company does not put effort into retention of staff, and the nurses are paid below market comps. The management has changed three times in the last 2 years, and these two issues have led to many nurses seeking employment elsewhere.
