Pros

Family owned and if you're in ops they give you free stuff - it doesn't always help the high turnover rate.

Cons

The environment is toxic! People that shouldn't be managers are promoted for knowing the right people. Some managers are worthless/uninvolved that new hires don't even know who their supervisor is until 2 weeks after coming into work. Employees don't treat each other well and it trickles down to not treating drivers well on the phone.

Pros

Very honest and conservative company. Have always liked my bosses & thought they deserved to be where they are at. Have always had PLENTY of opportunity to learn new things which is very important to me. They are not perfect but I have had a pretty good experience thus far.

Cons

I feel like they may be loyal to a fault. There are some people working there that I question if they are good for the company. These people aren't in management positions but I think Attitude says a lot about a person and if yours is bad you need to be gone.

Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of cheap freight.

Cons

They have lots of clueless managers and dispatchers. You constantly get screwed here as a driver. Management and dispatchers like to blame drivers.
