It can be a rollercoaster from day to day.

They can keep you busy. Other drivers are easy to get along with. In half of the company buildings, there are showers, washers, and dryers at no additional cost. You can have a pet/s in the cab, even if you are a company driver. Medical is decent.

Cons

Lack of communication. You are just a number. Equipment is something to desire. Dispatchers can treat good drivers like they are trying to get the dirt off the bottom of their shoe!! Each facility that has washers, dryers, and showers are nasty!!
