Pros

They have new nice Kenworths T680s Good trailers. And they don't micromanage you.

Cons

Low pay for size of the company. They play dirty tricks, to get you stuck with the company, they will lie on your Dac on how long you drove for them, they will hold your w-2 for yrs. If they ever route you in to the Egan terminal becareful, because they have law enforcement that will pull u over and write you tickets just to help the company control you. They try to bully the drivers, and the dispatchers seem like they are afraid of management. They play alot of games, especially when you're a new driver.
