There are no opportunities for advancement.The benefits are not great. There is also no support from home office when issues arise or concerns to be addressed as they lean on unawareness of issues that have been advised of in the past. Home office has also advised that the local office does not know how to develop employees with advanced education leaving employees to look elsewhere for development and growth opportunities.
