Pros

Most of your peers are great to work with. Benefits are competitive with other companies. Those are all the pros that I can think of. There are more cons than pros in my opinion.

Cons

Horrible Training. Tension amongst management that makes for toxic work environment. Long hours and working 40+ hours a week Management promises training when needed/requested, but doesn't follow through. A lot of your peers are great to work with, but there are some who intentionally go out of their way to ensure you are not successful. Would never recommend this as a company to work for.

Paid weekly dedicated accounts not to many pros with this place I onistly would never consiter on going back to them

Cons

Truck didn't have a prepass in it when I got it and wasn't home every weekend when I was told I was to be truck also wasn't looked at when I got it because they had to bus me to where it sat

I like my dispatcher and he seems to be pretty cool i even have his cell phone number

Cons

The planners here truly disgust me i get what i want but have to be an jerk due to the fact dispatcher be tryna look out for me but they figure its ok to say the screw that driver and dispatcher has no authority to assign loads so my issue here are the planners
