good field experience and enjoyed learning about the reasoning for the position

Cons

seems that if there is a brake down with communications of management and the client fault needs to be found. They seem to not be willing to give inexperienced employees a chance to make up for mistakes that may have been made.

Few holiday days, sometimes long hours, sometimes management is cheap, upper management sometimes forces employees to work saturdays at the end of the month
