Great launchpad for your career. Good experience doing different projects. Lots of tools provided; Tablet,laptop,company phone, company vehicle, etc. Good vacation time, and decent benefit package. Paid flights or transportation to interesting destinations/projects.

Cons

Pay is not amazing, so many hours must be worked so expenses are met. Half of equipment provided is very used or outdated.
