No micro managing, very flexible with my hours when needed (doctor appointments etc). Small, close knit office. One of my favorite jobs.

Cons

The hours can be long during bad weather times (hurricanes). Only opportunity to move up from Office Coordinator would be to move to Kent Ohio or become an arborist.

With Davey you receive decent medical benefits and they do offer free continuing education. Option to buy stock after one year.

Cons

Low pay for a very dangerous job. Management doesn't seem to care about employes very much. More focus on production than safety and quality.
