- I genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday. The environment is open, friendly, and supportive and the people are down to earth, extremely talented, and fun. - Employees work together to problem solve and determine the best strategies and solutions for our clients' growth. - The work life balance is fantastic.

Cons

Thanks so much for your review! We're so glad that you genuinely enjoy coming to work every day and find the work environment open, friendly, and supportive — that's what we're aiming for! Noted on the request for more company-wide meetings. We'll pass that feedback along. Thanks again!

Pros

Seriously, this place is great to work at: - The people are amazing, gifted, fun, kind, caring; all the things you look for in a company. - We get to work on a lot of different projects with a lot of different types of businesses, so it keeps me on my toes. - Open vacation policy = I got to take off two weeks to spend with my family after the birth of our new daughter, AMAZING! - Did I mention the people? The people are what keep me coming back, energized, and excited about working here.

Cons

There aren't many, but: - We do have an open-concept office, so if privacy is your thing, you might not like it (mostly, I remedy this with headphones and booking conference rooms for phone calls). - That's really the only con I can think of that might bother someone.

Thanks so much for the great review of The Digital Ring! It makes our day that you consider TDR your dream job. And we agree — the people are what makes TDR the special company that it is. An open-concept office can definitely be an adjustment, and your headphone remedy is spot on! Thanks again!

Pros

I've worked at TDR for over 2 years and can't say enough good things about it. THE WORK: Challenging, stimulating, and rewarding. Employees get to work on a huge variety of projects with clients from all different industries. Leadership encourages and enables continued learning and supports employees who want to specialize in a certain niche (video, content, etc.). Proactiveness and resourcefulness are a must. THE CULTURE: Not to rely on cliches (but to rely on cliches) — it's a work hard, play hard culture. But "work hard" doesn't mean insane hours (employees typically work 8:30-5:00). At TDR, "work hard" means "work smart," "work focused," and give it everything you've got while you're in the office. As for the "play hard"? We have summer hours (half-day Fridays), team events/outings (happy hours, laser tag, kickball, movie theater rentals), and more. Another note on culture — it's incredibly supportive and collaborative. THE PEOPLE: Amazing — incredibly smart, genuine, caring. The TDR crew makes TDR the special company that it is.

Cons

Because TDR is still so young, the team is still in the process of standardizing certain processes and making them scalable.
