Pros

Great workplace environment to start off with. A lot of certifications and jumps you can take if you talk to your managers. Building connections/relationships is the key in moving up.

Cons

A lot of employees in the company can be pessimistic and talk negative about the job because they are not happy with their own lives. You also do have to stand up for a long period of time 5 days a week.
