Pros

A great company to work for - the family vibe is there throughout all facets of the business. All public holidays off and extensive PTO plans that get very lucrative the longer you're with the company. Coffee/Tea/Water at the office. One of the best views of the entire city.

Cons

Not a single one - truly the best company I have worked for.

Union benefits, beautiful properties, good managers here and there.

Cons

Certain employees have different pay levels which in the principle of responsibility and significance seems unfair. Senior management seems disconnected from everyone else.
