Glamorous setting, nice food, cool clientele.

Cons

The expectations of this job will eat you alive. You will find this job taking over your life. You will have no time in your day to sit, eat, breath, think clearly. The kitchen you will be working out of is an extremely disorganized world, of drunk kitchen workers, and unpleasant humans who have no empathy for the difficulty of your job requirements.
