Pros

-As the headline says, amazing work/life balance unlike any other major real estate firm in NYC. -Extremely interesting projects with the talent, track record, desire, and capital to make them happen. -Nicest office space in NYC. -Formal, but absolutely no yelling and screaming. Again, very uncommon for a major real estate firm in NYC. -They take management training very seriously and highly value those with management capabilities.

Cons

-At times, uncomfortably formal environment. -Family firm means limited growth at the higher levels in the medium term, though those with very long tenures have been able to make it to the upper ranks. -Not very remote-work friendly.
