Job feels stable within company, low company turnover. Very friendly work environment and atmosphere. Great benefits including tuition reimbursement and profit sharing.

Cons

Yearly bonuses not great, but profit sharing makes up for it.

The company offers great training, ongoing educational classes, a good insight in the world of research and clinical trials, and the staff are friendly and flexible.

Cons

If you are not a complacent person, you will outgrow the place. The salary never changes, and although you learn a good bit early on, you will start doing the same thing day in and day out with no chance for growth or change.
