There are some good people that still work here but they are hidden by poor leadership.

Cons

Emmes used to be a great place to work however the culture has completely eroded over the last 3 years into one of fear. Good employees now have poor managers that don't have time to mentor and grow their staff. Teams have little knowledge of what success looks like other than the money they bring in for the company.
