Pros

- Flexible schedule - Fun Work Environment - Great co-worker's - Great insurance plan - Growth is heavily encouraging so you are not stuck in certain positions (also fit into cons) - Will help pay for relocation if you plan to manage new or established stores - Promotes Positive reinforcement - PTO/Vacation time is always honored if placed before 2 week deadline

Cons

- Work/Life balance is tough to manage as you are asked to always be ready even on your dedicated off days - Hours are pretty scarce during "pre-season" if you are not management - Pay is not livable in many cities - Have favorites - Cult-like - You will eventually hit a growth barrier if you are not in a popular location - Guests clearly take advantage of company policies, but we are not allowed to call them out - Ideas/suggestions that we felt would better the store were never really looked into, or just outright shut down.

Pros

Flexible Schedule Little responsibilities Fun work environment at times Benefits for full time employees

Cons

Hours are scarce Pay is awful Only raises for promotion, regardless of performance Cult like culture Bible thumpers Clique of operations management that prevents you from growing beyond a certain point Promotions given to those that are incompetent/ have not earned it Slow seasons are boring with nothing to do
