Pros

Could have interesting guests and coworkers, camaraderie between staff was very apparent. Managers worked hard and were engaged with their employees.

Cons

The corporate-speak in manuals and instruction from management was difficult to comprehend sometimes, and there were some odd religious connotations to the expectations for staff (ex: "honoring God" was one of our values to embody at work). Also, the tradition and overbearing emphasis on following all rules all the time got to be too much, especially after the first month of training and running games. There were few protections in place for workers who got harassed by guests, particularly in uncomfortable-but-not-criminal situations.
