Pros

The good things about this company are very very good. There are some really amazing people in leadership who I believe are working to make the company better. Great hospitality training, lots of opportunities for career growth if you're willing to commit and pour your entire soul into the job. Wonderful leadership development resources Good games, generous employee discounts, many intentional acts of kindness for the team from leadership Game guiding and Team Leading are genuinely fun jobs, tons of generally kind guests and a lot of authentic moments of care There is a lot of heart in this company.

Cons

Unreasonable workload, not nearly enough compensation for the work expected. Salaried team members are exploited. Horrendous work/life balance for management-- inconsistent leadership and unreasonable expectations. Exploitatively poor pay for anyone under the GM position. AMs and AMits are especially grossly underpaid. A lot of effort goes into cutting staffing costs and hours, making it an inconsistent income for hourly employees. The company takes itself very seriously, which is good but also leads to toxic positivity and exploitative working conditions. Culturally, it's clear that this TEG is run with a strong Christian influence.
