Pros

The work environment is fantastic and I rarely have issues with my coworkers. The job itself isn’t too difficult once you get the hang of it, and it can be really fun at times.

Cons

I’ve had issues with past managers being incredibly inexperienced and driving workers away, as well as breaking a number of labor laws, including denying people a break throughout an 8 hour shift, although this isn’t much of an issue anymore. We are frequently understaffed which can make busy days very stressful.

Pros

Can get management experience very quickly Lots of company growth Generally a pretty easy job

Cons

Terrible hours (often staying past 1 or 2 a.m.) No PTO for full time team members that are not management while I was there Often felt like they cared more about growing the company then paying their team members enough.
