Pros

- Meet great friends -Usually lots of available hours if that's your thing -Interact with all sorts of people

Cons

-Incredibly toxic upper management: Feels like Big Brother with the micromanagement - Company cares more about money than employees -No PTO unless you're management -Terrible Pay -You will have no social life because of how many hours you need to make a fair wage - Prioritizes Christian staff over others

Pros

Quite a unique job, its fun when you work with good people.

Cons

This company will suck the soul out of you, seriously. You'd think it would be easy to work at an escape room, and it is, but not when you have the worst management who will do anything to make the customer happy at your expense. Not to mention this company has a very... cult feel to it. They make you strictly follow these rules and memorize their values, its honestly quite weird and unnecessary. If you even try to give any sort of feedback to the management or company, you will be told that you're wrong. You have to CONSTANTLY have a "cookie" attitude and be 100% positive for every single second of the shift. This company claims that they are "guest obsessed." They sure are! If a guest is treating you horribly or causing difficult problems, management will simply give them a free game and beg them to come back! Its ridiculous. They fire people that are good at their jobs and promote those who have that "cookie" attitude. Overall, an easy job that is manageable but this company does not care about you at all. No matter how much they claim they give out opportunities and want you to grow, it all a scam. They only care about money, and thats it.
