Pros

-Encouraging and friendly work community that is truly excited about the company. -A product that is easy to “sell” to guests. -A job that isn’t too complex. -Supportive management. -Ability to interact with other departments and speak on the behalf of the guest at a corporate level.

Cons

-Salary cap. I wasn’t allowed a raise past $14/hour which is why I left. -No set schedule, so the days you work changes from week to week and days off usually aren’t consecutive. -Weekend work (which is expected for a company that thrives on weekends). -The work can sometimes feel repetitive (but is helpful if you do well with routine). -2 weeks PTO. Not exactly a con, but jobs with unlimited PTO are more desirable these days.
