Pros

Job is basically rote repetition so not hard to learn, the other employees are generally cool

Cons

The company prides itself on its culture but is actually extremely toxic. Expect long hours for minuscule pay, won’t give sick time (had a manager’s sick child sleeping on the floor because they wouldn’t give her time off to care for her daughter, called another manager multiple times while she was hospitalized expecting her to return to work), and generally do not care about their people only about money. Tons of game components constantly broken, many to the point of being dangerous, that are just never addressed. Many employees last less than 2 years because “corporate” is a bunch of bullies. GMs easily make triple what other employees do and earn bonuses based on store performance that are not distributed to any other employees, including other managers of their store. Overall corrupt and a toxic culture to invest your talents under.
