      It's not a good sign when almost all the employees left because "I just need to get out of here"

      -Met a lot of great coworkers -Health, dental, & vision benefits -A unique job if you want something outside the norm

      Cons

      -Everything else with special note to: -Management's mistreatment of employees -Double standard of management forcing the employee handbook down your throat but never following it themselves -Stripping power from team leaders that resulted in them being understaffed and unable to give breaks -Rewarding abusive customers with free games after berating an employee to the point of tears -The abhorrent mismanagement of COVID reopening that left questions as to the legality of it

      Great for a college job or not a career job

      Pros

      Its a fun job most of time and people are very friendly. The work is simple once you have it down pat, you can mix it up by learning to reset every game. You can move up in the company eventually. It's never really same old same old

      Cons

      You are called in for a shift based on what games book so if your schedule to come in at 5 they might move you to 6:30. Less hours as a result. They say you can get a raise but their base pay is so low, it would take you five years to ever reach close to 15 an hour unless you are promoted to HQ. I'm barely making enough to pay my rent. They expect you to have an upbeat attitude about everything but there is no outlet. You just have to brush it off and say "I just work here." Because most complaints are in one ear and out the other

      - Good environment - Stimulating - Fun coworkers - Good structure - Payed several dollars over the minimum wage where I live - Diverse

      Cons

      - I've heard the other locations were not as fun as the one I worked at - The value about God is kinda weird
