The Ford Agency is undoubtedly a tight knit team of hard workers. When you join the company, you truly feel like you're a valuable member of them team. They are patient and stellar at what they do. I learned much more than I initially thought I would while working for them, and couldn't be happier that my first job right out of college was with Ford. As I ventured into the next phase of my career, they were incredibly supportive and helpful. They actually placed me (who better to get me hired, then The Ford Agency, right?)! Amazing company, bright future ahead!

After graduating from college in May of 2013, I had not even considered leveraging a Staffing agency as a resource in my job search. After sending out endless applications during the months after graduation, I stumbled upon the Ford Agency for help in my search. I started assisting the Recruiters at The Ford Agency as a temporary Administrative Assistant over a year ago. A few weeks after starting, they offered me a permanent opportunity to work alongside The Ford Agency team; I was thrilled! Ever since I started here, I have continued to learn and no day at work is alike. The Ford Agency maintains a strong emphasis on relationships – both with applicants & clients, and this philosophy is on the forefront of every day. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the field and I learn something new every day!
