Pros

Decent working hours. Depending of the location and the volume of the store, there was opportunity to bonus.

Cons

Very hush-hush company. Not willing to inform employees of changes within the company until the very LAST minute. These are issues that will determine if you will have a job or not. The company is no longer in existence. Was bought out by Enterprise Rent A Car 2014 of December.

Pros

As other reviewers have stated - nice facilities, perks if you are in upper management or know someone... Car program is nice!

Cons

Upper management turns a blind eye to issues they don't want to face. HR is a joke, don't go to them with a problem/issue, no confidentiality. Values - for a company that thrives on their "values", need to look internally as those are thrown out the window.
