Everyone in the company is supportive, professional, and ready and will to help. Multiple trips around the globe supporting my contract have brought me though some strange situations, and no matter what the situation, someone was always there to help an make sure i had what i needed to succeed. Whether it was a hotel in japan, a flight home, or a company shirt.... GBS takes care of you.... Left Lockheed Martin for GBS and haven't looked back!! Flexible work hours, telework and onsite. Multiple pay scales for hourly and salary. Will match govnt holidays if working for a govnt contract. Never a question if you need personal time. GBS benefits are great! The company choose to UPGRADE some aspects of user policy's last year which would normally cost employees more money to choose; however, GBS graciously upgraded the policy and payed the difference so employees wouldn't see the price increase! Bravo Zulu GBS!

Not so much a con per say.... however i wish we could carry over more PTO annually.
