Please focus on salary hikes and band progression of each IBMer

I am working with IBM for 13 + Years and am happy to continue my tenure with IBM only .

Cons

The process for band progression is not good. Getting Geo approvals from respective Project Management is very hard which causes delays in getting progression. It would be good to implement a new process based on his experience and skills ( PA review is ok )
