      Never Listens to Opinions

      Pros

      You get to work on multiple projects with little oversight. Great to learn if you are just starting out in construction.

      Cons

      Senior management never listens to opinions. Women are viewed as second class citizens. Not enough paid time off. Negative atmosphere. Only men are considered for advancement. High turnover.

      Pros

      I received a paycheck every week.

      Cons

      The CORE (Management) only look out for themselves. They promise bonuses to everyone then they don't pay out. They expect you to work ungodly hours including weekends or at home. It is what I imagine that prison would be like. It is the most stressful environment that I have ever had to work in.
