Thank you for your review. We’re thrilled to hear your comments about the leadership and strength of the company at The General. We recognize that Sentry’s recent acquisition of The General brings uncertainty and change as we work through our integration efforts. We’re committed to continuing to provide our associates with communications and support as we work together to bring our combined nonstandard auto business under one brand as The General. Pros

Hybrid work for everyone. M/F at home, Tues/Wed/Thurs in office. Managers are good people though, and workflow is organized within the chaos that they have. They seem to actually honor a work/life balance with employees when you need time.

Cons

The organization required to navigate the chaos creates a lot of extraneous red tape and processes to get anything done. They utilize a ton of different internal systems to manage everything, which results in a lot of silos of work, or a long training time to learn all the different systems. Compensation is on the lower end of average.
