Pros

Flexible work hours/use of PTO Great benefits (premiums are covered for individual plans) Competitive salary

Cons

No cons to report. All cons are site-specific and don't involve the company. As a contracted position, some things are out of corporate's hands.

Pros

Very nice people, good benefits

Cons

They try to pay you as little as possible, annual increases occur after the first day of the new fiscal year and require 12 months of employment. My first day was 5/1. My first annual increase took 16 months. Little or no advancement opportunity (mostly due to contractor status).
