Pros

The salary is reasonable, employer paid benefits (including medical, dental, vision, pension plan), great human resources dept, company matched pension plan, important work for a deserving community.

Cons

I am a relatively new employee, but so far I have no complaints and I'm having a hard time coming up with 20 words to fill this space.
