Pros

as a contractor, they are pretty hands off...if you like feeling connected, then this isn't the job for you...but they leave you to do your job and check in as needed...free insurance...

Cons

they recently changed to a new payroll and employee management system...doesn't seem to the best ever, but not a deal breaker
