      Pros

      Geneva has a great mission and there are some great/dedicated employees. So the organization has potential….

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the organization has a lack of effective leadership, lack of training, lack of infrastructure, lack of support and accountability. 😞

      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits are mediocre

      Cons

      Turnover is exceptionally high at the corporate level. Respect is low for experience. Workload is high due to lean staff from high turnover. Very little praise for taking on new projects or resolving problems. New ideas for improving work culture are only accepted by a few and is not the cultural norm. Researchers given priority while corporate workers are under constant scrutiny by Researchers, Executive leaders even though working in resource scarcity, high demand/volume, low training environment. Not a healthy work culture. Vacations are not sacred, demands still come in and burnout is high.

      Pros

      A lot of knowledge was acquired working on all MS 365 Admin centers, JIRA, JAMIS, etc. This knowledge helps me to improve my skills, abilities, and resume. Recruiters looks to hire me more that ever.

      Cons

      Sometimes the leadership knows you can do more and you are good at your job, and they forget to even the workload. The pay isn't bad but with my abilities and knowledge, I felt that I was underpaid.
