Thank you for sharing this! We’re so encouraged to hear that your experience reflects the heart of who we strive to be — a mission-driven team led with integrity, care, and a deep investment in both people and purpose. Your words about meaningful and relational work are such a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. You’re also right — remote work comes with both flexibility and the need to be intentional about connection. We’re grateful for team members like you who continue to build community, even across miles, and represent the mission with excellence in the field. Thank you for the impact you’re making — we’re honored to have you on the team. —The GO Project Team

Pros

I've never worked for an organization with such genuine and caring leadership. They value their employees, lead with integrity, and invest in employee development. Working for GO/CarePortal means you get to be on a team whose mission is to impact lives and serve communities. The work is meaningful and relational. Most field positions are remote and provide flexible scheduling.

Cons

It's good to keep in mind that remote work means there can feel to be less "community" rather than a traditional in-person office. Most positions require you to be a good networker and public speaker.
