Pros

Lots of opportunity for hours. They do pay for some on sight training. Working with children is a lot of fun and can be very fulfilling. I believed in the Goddard learning model and I am sure there are many schools that are run much better.

Cons

Student teacher ratios were at times not met. High turnover which affected the children and staff. You worked long hours for which you were not paid. When students stayed late the owners collected the overtime fees and not the staff who stayed,You were expected to do daily lesson plans on your own time. No paid time for lesson planning. You had to spend your own time decorating your room as well . Once I had to bring my own sick child into work because their was no coverage.

Pros

flexible hours, decent pay, some nice people

Cons

Management totally out of touch - favoritism and lack of transparency abound. Innovation department is a joke marked by incompetency, lack of trust and back-stabbing - very sad. Several long-time employees set in their ways and not open to suggestions for positive change. Cannot recommend this office as a healthy work environment.
