Great education philosophy. Parents and families were wonderful and supporting.

Cons

My particular location- Negative work environment. Terrible business practices. Surprised they haven't been shut down from corporate yet.

The kids are super cute and some employees are nice

Cons

They round up your hours so you dont get the full amount you worked, their cheap and treat their employees like crap, if you have to use the restroom you have to wait like 20min, they dont pay enough for what they ask their teachers to do, theres a ton of gossip, all they care about is passing QA, and they let diseased kids come in all the time.

Pros

Understanding when personal days are needed. Benefits pretty good. Hourly rate/salary comparable to other preschools. Parents are wonderful and caring.

Cons

Clicks within employees. Management doesn't try to solve problems. Too many children in one class. Any suggestions are not welcome.
