Working as a Store Manager at The Good Feet Store has been a rewarding experience. The company truly focuses on helping people improve their quality of life, and it’s fulfilling to see customers leave feeling better and more confident. The training and support I’ve received have helped me grow as both a leader and a sales professional. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the teamwork and positive culture make it enjoyable every day.

Pros

Great management and training. Excellent one on one focus during training. Entry level sales professionals welcomed with open arms giving them the tools to succeed. I'm living proof! Pay scale goes up during "slow" times A LOT of money to be made during busy times. Great and motivational employees to work with. Paid time off. The list goes on and on. My favorite part of working with The Good Feet store is that they care about not only you, but your family. Management actually listens to you about your needs. I feel cared for. That's hard to get in any sales position.

This job pays the bills, and then some.
