Customers were great! Franchise owners were absolutely clueless when it comes to running a business.

Product works, hours are family friendly.

Cons

Product is far too overpriced and franchise owners only care about the potential profit of business, not the needs of public. Owners are not very good at promoting company to community. No benefits for employees.

Pros

Great management and training. Excellent one on one focus during training. Entry level sales professionals welcomed with open arms giving them the tools to succeed. I'm living proof! Pay scale goes up during "slow" times A LOT of money to be made during busy times. Great and motivational employees to work with. Paid time off. The list goes on and on. My favorite part of working with The Good Feet store is that they care about not only you, but your family. Management actually listens to you about your needs. I feel cared for. That's hard to get in any sales position.

Cons

This job pays the bills, and then some.
