Cons
Shocking management. They treat staff terribly. Very high turn over! They are never happy no matter how well you are doing. KPI expectations unrealistic. Less honourable employees push customers too hard to buy products they can't afford. The supports are very expensive and should not be pushed on people. They seem to promote less than desirable characters with low intelligence, over others who have a lot to offer. I watched this happen in the very short time I was there. I guess this means they'll never be challenged. Also, hire you as a full time staff member and then at the last minute ask you to sign a temporary casual contract and say just for a two week period to make sure you like the job. Then they keep you on casual and stuff you around. It happens to everyone. Advertised as full time. Tell you they expect you to be full time only. Then you realise you've been played.
